Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 + full benefits

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious Century City Law Firm that is seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary Specialist to support a busy transactional team in its Century City office. Position Overview
The Legal Secretary Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to 6-8 transactional attorneys (corporate, transactional, and M&A). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and brings a strong foundation in both transactional work and litigation exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys in a transactional practice
- Prepare, revise, and format complex legal documents, including corporate and M&A materials
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle time entry, billing, and expense reports
- Proofread and edit documents for accuracy, formatting, and consistency
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files
- Assist with document management systems and workflow processes
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) at an advanced level
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a legal secretary in a mid-sized or large law firm (transactional focus required)
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Exposure to litigation processes and terminology
- Strong technical proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office (advanced Word skills required)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion
