A respected real estate-focused law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support its litigation team at the highest level.   • Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 DOE

Your Role on the Team

  • Manage litigation deadlines, hearings, depositions, motions, and trial dates with a high level of accuracy; log and maintain docket entries and deliver timely reminders to the legal team
  • Prepare, format, and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery responses, trial documents, subpoenas, MSJs, declarations, and all litigation-related correspondence using firm templates
  • Handle state court e-filings across jurisdictions with strong attention to detail and familiarity with applicable court rules
  • Assist with discovery tasks including demands, expert witness coordination, shell responses, and production sets; prepare trial notebooks and exhibit listings
  • Draft, revise, and proofread a wide range of legal documents including contracts, leases, briefs, complaints, and motions; manage case files, client intake, timekeeping, and billing coordination
  • Provide general attorney support including scheduling, travel, correspondence, and secretarial coverage across the fir
