Note: Must have seasoned legal secretary experience. Personal injury, litigation, trial preparation, or plaintiff-side law firm experience is strongly preferred.

Job Description
Provide high-level legal secretary and administrative support to attorneys handling personal injury and litigation matters
Prepare, edit, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and client communications
Manage calendars, deadlines, appointments, court dates, and attorney schedules
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, medical providers, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties
Organize and maintain case files, medical records, litigation documents, and case-related materials
Assist with case workflow from intake through settlement, litigation, trial preparation, and resolution
Help keep attorneys and the legal team organized, prepared, and moving efficiently
Support a client-focused practice where attention to detail and follow-through matter every day
Qualifications
4+ years of legal secretary experience preferred
Experience in personal injury, litigation, or trial practice strongly preferred
Strong typing, proofreading, document preparation, and organizational skills
Comfortable managing deadlines, calendars, case files, and attorney schedules
Professional communication skills with clients, attorneys, courts, and outside parties
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and support a busy legal team
High attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
