Legal Secretary Opportunity

Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.

Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings, appointments, and court dates.

Maintain and organize client files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.

Handle telephone and email communications with clients and internal teams.

Assist in preparing materials for legal proceedings and filings.

Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant case information.

Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents.

Provide general administrative support to attorneys and paralegals as needed.

A successful Legal Secretary should have:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience with legal documentation and terminology.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software tools.
