As a Legal Senior Manager, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to business leaders across Mexico, providing practical, business-focused legal guidance that supports key decisions while safeguarding Novartis. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will navigate complex legal matters, negotiate critical agreements, and help shape solutions that balance opportunity with compliance in a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted legal advisor to business leaders, providing strategic and practical legal guidanceDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documentationConduct legal risk assessments and develop solutions that support business objectives while ensuring complianceAdvise on litigation, investigations, disputes, and other legal matters affecting the organizationCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business initiatives and strategic prioritiesMonitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the businessDrive legal operational excellence initiatives that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and team collaborationEssential Requirements Law degree with relevant legal experience supporting commercial or corporate mattersDemonstrated experience providing legal counsel and risk-based recommendations to business stakeholdersExperience in pharmaceutical industry or related is a must.
