Are you passionate about the intersection of law and technology? We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to fill the role of the Permanent Director of AI Strategy in the legal industry. This role is at the forefront of our AI initiatives, leading the implementation and strategic planning of AI technologies to revolutionize the legal landscape. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of AI, its potential applications in the legal industry, and the ethical considerations surrounding its use.
Responsibilities:
As the Director of AI Strategy, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
2. Spearheading the implementation of AI technologies in our legal processes, ensuring their integration is seamless and beneficial.
3. Identifying opportunities for AI application within the legal industry and developing innovative solutions to address these opportunities.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the role of Director of AI Strategy has the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on AI strategy and implementation.
2. Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
3. Experience in the legal industry, with a solid understanding of legal processes and the potential applications of AI.
4. Proven track record of successfully implementing AI technologies in a business setting.
5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
6. Excellent strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
7. Strong understanding of the ethical considerations surrounding AI, and the ability to ensure the responsible use of AI in our operations.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
9. A degree in computer science, law, or a related field is preferred.
