If selected, you will assist attorneys in drafting letters and legal notices to tenants who have breached their lease obligations.Compensation$26–31/hour DOE + benefitsResponsibilitiesDraft legal notices, letters, and stipulations for unlawful detainer casesReview residential leases and client documents to identify lease violationsCommunicate with clients to obtain relevant information necessary to draft letters and legal noticesCommunicate with clients regarding status of their casesAssist with case intake and data entryQualificationsPrevious experience working in a law firmStrong writing skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to multi‑taskProfessional communication skills via telephone and e‑mailTyping speed of 65+ wpm and versatile computer skillsMust provide writing samples showcasing writing stylePreferred QualificationsParalegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program or equivalent training/experiencePrevious legal research experienceProLaw experienceScheduleFull‑time 40 hours/week. Business hours: 8:30 am–5:30 pm Monday–Thursday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm Friday.Hybrid work model is offered for select positions.
