About the Office of General Counsel (OGC): TDEC''s Office of General Counsel has over 30 team members who support TDEC''s mission through the Talent, Dedication, Engagement, and Character of its staff by providing exceptional services as partners and facilitators to both internal and external clients and stakeholders. Job Overview:
These positions require a Tennessee law license and a minimum of two years of experience as an attorney. Experience drafting legislation or rules is preferred. The positions are located in Nashville, TN with opportunities to work from home. The individual is required to work in the downtown Nashville office one day per week most of the year, but three days per week during the legislative session (typically January-April).
