The Lending Admin is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Assisting the Lending department and staff with all clerical duties.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • The primary function of this role is to reach out to newly pre-approved applicants, review approval terms, and collect any missing application information via phone and email.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
  • One year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • PC literacy and proficiency with a ten-key adding machine, calculator, and online data processing systems (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Lending experience a plus.
Pay Rate Range: $ 21.00- $23.00 an hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
