Lending Specialist IV

6-Month Contract | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)
Locations: New York City, NY and Paramus, NJ.

We are seeking an experienced Lending Specialist to support the commercial lending process from loan approval through closing and servicing. This role requires strong experience coordinating loan documentation, managing deal pipelines, and partnering with lenders and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate loan closings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial loan files from approval through closing and servicing
• Coordinate loan documentation, due diligence, funding, and closing activities
• Partner with Relationship Managers, lenders, legal teams, and operations
• Review loan documents for accuracy and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support loan funding, payments, payoffs, and ongoing servicing

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Lending Assistant, Loan Processor, or Commercial Lending Specialist
• Experience with commercial lending, loan documentation, and closing processes
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan processing systems; nCino experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and C&I loan documentation preferred
