Job Summary:This role involves analyzing and optimizing lending processes, documenting current and future states, and identifying system enhancements. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for loan origination and servicing systems. The goal is to improve efficiency, data integrity, compliance, and overall loan lifecycle performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and document loan origination and servicing processes.
- Gather and validate business and system requirements.
- Develop process maps and conduct gap analyses.
- Liaise between business users and technology teams.
- Support system implementation and post-production activities.
Must-Have Skills:- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- 3+ years supporting loan origination/servicing platforms
Industry Experience:Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Experience in the mortgage or consumer lending industry is required, with a preference for candidates familiar with both loan origination and servicing workflows.
