Job Description

The Opportunity:Provide SME support to drive the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Lessons Learned Program forward with the implementation of lessons learned into a variety of Command operations, training, and staff initiatives. Assist USCYBERCOM-assigned forces to track, elevate, and resolve observations and issues across the Command andsubordinate components to build a culture of continuous improvement at the strategic and operational levels of cyberspace operations. Train Command personnel on the lessons learned process and tools. Serve as advisors and integrators in the pursuit of positive change throughout the cyberspace operations domain. Review, validate, andpublish joint lessons learned information into appropriate platforms. Monitor and report progress for issue resolution and disseminate reports and other products to the larger community. Provide recommendations to the client regarding strategy, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for the joint employment of cyberspace operations forces.You Have: 4+ years of experience working for or supporting a Combatant Command, Joint Force Headquarters, Joint Task Force, Joint Duty Assignment, Cyber Mission Force team, or Intelligence Community organizations2+ years of experience interacting with and providing briefs to senior leadersExperience using the Microsoft Office tool suiteExperience supporting data gathering using various techniques, includingworking groups, interviews, and surveysAbility to work independently and develop plans of action in support of identifiedgoalsAbility to create clear, concise, and solution-oriented reports for a variety ofaudiences at varying levels of detailActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examBachelor's degreeNice If You Have: Experience working with Lesson Managers or supporting a Lessons Learnedprogram within the Department of DefenseExperience with training, in a training environment, or at a programmatic level,such as working on training standards or developing training pipelinesExperience in Business Administration, Business Process Engineering, SystemsEngineering, Computer Information Systems, or related work, including lifecycleplanning and requirements analysisAbility to look at a problem analytically and form recommendations to addressissues or craft plans of action for further evaluationCLEARANCE:TS/SCI w/CI POLY is required
