Site Address: Milwaukee, WI 53211

Dates: 11/4 thru 11/17, Monday thru Friday AND a cutover weekend of 11/15-11/17

Times: 8am-5pm; with exception of 11/15-11/17 - cut weekend requires multiple shifts

Tier 1 (phone placement, low level): 7 techs 11/4-11/8; 2 techs 11/11-17

Tier 2 (generic telephony knowledge): 0

Tier 3 (Avaya specific, can support main frame independently): 0

Total # of Techs Needed:

  • 7 Tier 1 techs 11/4-11/8
  • 2 Tier 1 techs 11/11-11/17

Tier breakout:

  • 11/4 thru 11/14, 8am-5pm
  • 11/15 thru 11/17, rotating shifts

Are multiple shifts needed? Yes, 11/15 thru 11/17 (cut weekend); will rotate shifts between resources

Overview: Will be placing phones 11/4 thru 11/14; will be logging in phones 11/15 thru 11/17, with some additional placements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Field Technician experience
  • Solid phone placement and telephony knowledge
  • Comfortable taking direction, following defined processes, can act in supervisory role if needed
