Key Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Level 1 Behavior Technician Lead to join our growing ABA team. This role is perfect for someone who has strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and is ready to take on a leadership path while working toward becoming a BCBA.  Supervision hours toward BCBA certification can be provided upon availability on waitlist. The current waitlist estimate is 1 year for eligible student analysts.
 
You’ll begin by working directly with the clients providing direct services daily and can provide parent trainings for unrestricted hours.

Qualifications


  • Strong knowledge of ABA and experience applying principles in clinical or home settings.
  • Experience with children, preferably in ABA setting.

  • Education:

    • Currently enrolled as a student in a Master’s program in ABA, OR

    • Bachelor’s in any field plus 2+ years of RBT experience (4,000 hours).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Professional, dependable, and committed to ethical practice.



Key Responsibilities


  • Working direct 

  • Provide high-quality direct ABA services during the initial 3-month training period.

  • Observe and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment fidelity and accurate implementation of protocols.

  • Create and update behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans (with BCBA approval). 

  • Learn how to and Conduct behavioral assessments and summarize findings for review under a BCBA.

  • Develop proposals for behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs under a BCBA.

  • Conduct parent training on core ABA principles and effective behavior strategies.

  • Analyze data and graphs to make data-driven treatment decisions.

  • Must be able to commute or relocate to Eagan, MN 55121 before starting.
