Level 1 RN – Med/Surg | Contract

Location: New York
Pay: $1,914 – $2,149/week

Schedule:

• Full-Time (36 hours/week) – 3x12s

• Day/Night shifts (variable based on client needs)

• Every other weekend (EOW) required

• Holidays required

• 2 on-call shifts every 4 weeks

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care as needed

• Administer medications and perform clinical interventions safely

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal outcomes

• Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and self-care

• Promote a safe, healing environment and ensure infection control compliance

Requirements:

• Active NYS RN License (Required)

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA or RQI only), NIHSS

• Experience: Minimum 1 year Med/Surg RN experience

• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
