Level 1 RN Nurse Supervisor

Level 1 RN Nurse Supervisor – Full Time Nights (Contract)

Location: New York 14456
Pay: $2,108 – $2,365/week
Schedule: Full Time, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Requirements: Every other weekend & holidays required

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations across the acute care setting during night shifts

• Coordinate staffing and patient care based on acuity and unit needs

• Support, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care

• Respond to clinical and operational issues, including emergencies

• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care

• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and best practices

• Promote effective communication and support staff development

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN License (Required)

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications (Required)

• CPI Certification (required within 90 days of hire)

• Minimum 3 years acute care RN experience

• Minimum 1 year critical care experience (ED preferred)

• Minimum 1 year leadership/charge nurse experience

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work in environments with potential exposure to blood/body fluids
