CT Technologist | Level 1 Trauma Center

Join a fast-paced imaging team where precision, compassion, and advanced technology come together to support exceptional patient care. We’re seeking an experienced CT Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging in a dynamic trauma-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Verify patient identity and confirm exam orders prior to imaging procedures

  • Perform CT imaging procedures safely and accurately according to physician orders

  • Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams to support diagnostic imaging needs

  • Prepare patients for scans and clearly explain procedures to ensure patient comfort

  • Insert IVs when necessary for contrast-enhanced imaging studies

  • Safely position and assist patients, including those with limited mobility

  • Utilize safe patient handling techniques during all procedures

  • Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC and ensure images are correctly transferred to PACS

  • Monitor and maintain a clean, organized, and safe imaging environment

What You’ll Bring:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology

  • ARRT Certification required

  • Active New York State licensure required prior to start date

  • Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience required

  • Level 1 Trauma Center experience required

  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association required

  • Injection certification preferred (or willingness to obtain during orientation)

  • Experience with Philips and Siemens equipment preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills

  • Compassionate, patient-focused attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
