What your future day will look like:
  • Oversee Tier I and II helpdesk operations, including administration of the ticketing platform and escalation support.
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 applications, user access, and system configurations.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues using remote and onsite diagnostic techniques.
  • Maintain and secure core systems such as document storage platforms, databases, and endpoint environments.
  • Support LAN and WAN operations across corporate and satellite office locations.
  • Collaborate with security partners, vendors, and leadership to strengthen system reliability, documentation, and IT policies.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • 3 years of hands-on experience administering and supporting enterprise level IT systems and infrastructure
  • Background working in helpdesk, system administration, or technical support roles with progressive responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365 and Office applications
  • Familiarity with security practices, patching, system maintenance, and documentation standards
  • Experience supporting database driven platforms (such as property or enterprise management systems) preferred
  • Microsoft certifications or active progress toward certification required
