Join Our Team as a Journeyman Technician at Coon Rapids Chrysler!

Are you a accomplished and certified Chrysler technician looking to take your career to the next level? At Coon Rapids Chrysler, we're not just a dealership-we're a team in service and customer satisfaction. You'll work onsite and will report to the Service Manager and Service Lane Manager.

Your Role:

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing quality expertise.
• Stay up to date with Chrysler certifications and training.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to factory standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, and advanced diagnostics.

Highlights about the store:

• 35 bays/1 alignment rack
• Climate control/Heat and AC
• Built in toolboxes
• Monthly store lunch
• Each Technician has a personal laptop and scan tool
• Monday-Friday Schedule (4-10's available)
• Inground hoist
• Cleaned shop every night
• Endless work (2 weeks' worth of service scheduled)
• Union pay scale and Benefits

What You'll Bring:

• Commitment to teamwork and customer service excellence.
• Chrysler Certification (or ability to obtain certification).
• Proven experience as an automotive technician with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicles.

This is a flat rate position. It is also eligible for short-term and long-term incentives as part of total compensation. The total compensation includes the CBA union agreement, which is $33.14- $41.20 per flat rate hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
