We are looking for a skilled Level 3 IT Technician to join our IT company and provide advanced technical support across our clients’ environments. This role involves handling complex escalations, maintaining critical systems, and ensuring smooth operation of infrastructure and services.

• Handle advanced technical escalations that cannot be resolved by Level 1 or 2 technicians
  

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues
  

• Manage and maintain servers, virtual environments, and cloud platforms
  

• Perform system monitoring, patching, and performance optimization
  

• Support networking infrastructure, including routing, switching, and firewalls
  

• Implement security best practices, including backup management and threat mitigation
  

• Assist with IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, and new deployments
  

• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles
  

• Mentor junior technicians and provide guidance on best practices
  

Requirements:

• Strong experience in advanced IT support roles
  

• Proficiency with Windows and/or Linux server environments
  

• Solid understanding of networks (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, firewalls)
  

• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
  

• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, M365, or similar)
  

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
