Level 4 RN OR RNFA - Robotics

Position: Level 4 RN OR RNFA – Robotics (Contract)

• Location: NY 14642

• Contract Length: 05/11/2026 – 08/08/2026 (~13 weeks)

• Pay: $2,628 – $2,942/week

• Schedule: 36 or 48 hours/week; 3x12-hour day shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), Monday–Friday

• Call: On-call required per unit needs (up to 11:00 PM)

• Weekends/Holidays: No weekends; holidays as required

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Function as RNFA & OR RN (scrub/circulate) in a high-acuity robotic OR

• Assist surgeons intraoperatively to ensure safe, optimal patient outcomes

• Perform perioperative nursing duties and support full surgical workflow

• Collaborate with surgical team; follow surgeon direction during procedures

• Maintain clinical competency and adhere to OR protocols and safety standards

Requirements

• Active NY RN License (required)

• Completion of accredited RNFA program

• CNOR certification (required)

• BLS (AHA required); ACLS preferred (AHA)

• Minimum 2 years OR experience (Level 1 trauma preferred)

• Da Vinci robotic experience required, including:

  • Robotic Urology

  • Robotic GYN

  • Robotic Colorectal

  • Robotic Surgical Oncology (e.g., Whipple, gastrectomy, hernia)

  • Robotic Thoracic

  • Robotic General Surgery (e.g., gallbladder, appendectomy)

• Scrub and circulate experience preferred
