They are committed to developing talent at every stage, offering opportunities for Helpers, Level I, II, and III Technicians, Lead Technicians, and future advancement into Foreman, Superintendent, and Project Management positions.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the installation and support of commercial access control systems

• Pull, label, route, and terminate low-voltage cabling

• Install card readers, electric strikes, magnetic locks, door contacts, and related hardware

• Work alongside experienced technicians during system setup and commissioning

• Read and interpret basic construction drawings and installation plans

• Maintain organized, safe, and professional job sites

• Learn industry best practices and develop technical skills for long-term career growth

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in low-voltage, electrical, security, or structured cabling work preferred

• Familiarity with hand tools and commercial job site environments

• Strong desire to learn access control technologies and integrated systems

• Dependable transportation and consistent attendance

• Ability to work from ladders and lifts as project needs require

• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to take direction and grow
