About the Role

We are seeking a Level I Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for computer systems, hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role involves troubleshooting user issues, performing diagnostics, implementing solutions, and providing onsite client support as needed.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot incoming issues by phone, email, and in person.
• Install, modify, repair, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Run diagnostic programs and resolve recurring technical issues.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and other connectivity issues.
• Install and configure computer peripherals.
• Guide users through troubleshooting and provide basic user training.
• Travel to client sites to provide onsite support as needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Maintain daily performance and reliability of computer systems.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Basic IT and computer troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and test computer issues.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and established processes.
• Comfortable working hands-on with computer hardware.
