What You ll Be Doing

• Install and troubleshoot commercial AV systems and devices

• Pull, route, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling

• Install displays, projectors, speakers, racks, and control systems

• Assist with rack buildouts and system integration

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation drawings

• Work alongside Lead Technicians and Project Managers to complete projects efficiently

• Help maintain job site safety and professionalism

What We re Looking For

• 2+ years of commercial AV, low-voltage, or structured cabling experience

• Experience with AV installations and cable terminations

• Ability to read technical drawings and follow project specifications

• Comfortable working on ladders and lifts

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Team player with a desire to grow into leadership roles
