About The Opportunity:

Our client is a Houston-based integrated network cabling, fiber optic, and commercial audio-visual contractor with more than 35 years of experience serving the Texas low-voltage industry. As a TradeSTAR client, they support commercial construction and renovation projects nationwide, providing technicians with opportunities to work on cutting-edge AV systems in a professional, growth-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Install and troubleshoot commercial AV systems and equipment

• Pull, route, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling

• Install displays, projectors, speakers, equipment racks, and control systems

• Assist with rack buildouts and AV system integration

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation drawings

• Work alongside Lead Technicians and Project Managers to complete projects on schedule

• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site

What We're Looking For:

• Level II AV Technician with 2+ years of commercial AV, low-voltage, or structured cabling experience

• Experience installing and terminating AV and low-voltage systems

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Comfortable working from ladders and lifts

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

• Reliable transportation

• Professional attitude with a desire to grow into Lead Technician or leadership roles
