Your Responsibilities

• Supervise daily structured cabling activities on commercial job sites

• Pull, terminate, label, and dress copper and fiber cabling

• Build and organize MDF/IDF rooms

• Install cable tray, J-hooks, supports, and pathways

• Read construction drawings and coordinate work with project teams

• Test and certify structured cabling systems

• Troubleshoot network cabling issues

• Train and mentor Level I and II technicians

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial structured cabling experience

• Proven leadership on active construction projects

• Strong Cat5e/Cat6 termination experience

• Fiber installation experience preferred

• Knowledge of testing and certification equipment

• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail

• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
