You ve earned your experience now it s time to run the jobsite and make your mark this summer. As a Level III Structured Cabling Technician, you ll play a key role in building the network infrastructure that keeps businesses connected and operating at full speed. From clean MDF/IDF builds to large-scale copper and fiber installations, your skills will drive success on some of North Texas most exciting low-voltage projects.

What You ll Do

  • Lead and support crews on large-scale structured cabling installations

  • Pull, dress, label, and terminate Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling

  • Build, dress, and organize MDF/IDF closets to industry-best standards

  • Read and execute from prints, schematics, and scope documents

  • Identify cable paths and install proper support structures with minimal supervision

  • Test and certify cabling using 4-pair testers, TDRs, and OTDRs

  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure network performance meets project requirements

  • Mentor Level I and Level II technicians and help raise jobsite quality

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of commercial structured cabling experience

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, color codes, and best practices

  • Proven ability to work independently or lead a team

  • Proficiency terminating Cat5e, Cat6, and exposure to fiber terminations

  • Hands-on experience with testing and certification equipment

  • Safety-first mindset and professional jobsite presence

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver s license

  • Flexibility to work days, nights, or weekends as projects require
