As a Level III Structured Cabling Technician, you ll play a key role in building the network infrastructure that keeps businesses connected and operating at full speed. From clean MDF/IDF builds to large-scale copper and fiber installations, your skills will drive success on some of North Texas most exciting low-voltage projects.

What You ll Do
Lead and support crews on large-scale structured cabling installations
Pull, dress, label, and terminate Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling
Build, dress, and organize MDF/IDF closets to industry-best standards
Read and execute from prints, schematics, and scope documents
Identify cable paths and install proper support structures with minimal supervision
Test and certify cabling using 4-pair testers, TDRs, and OTDRs
Troubleshoot issues and ensure network performance meets project requirements
Mentor Level I and Level II technicians and help raise jobsite quality
What You Bring
4+ years of commercial structured cabling experience
Strong knowledge of industry standards, color codes, and best practices
Proven ability to work independently or lead a team
Proficiency terminating Cat5e, Cat6, and exposure to fiber terminations
Hands-on experience with testing and certification equipment
Safety-first mindset and professional jobsite presence
Reliable transportation and valid driver s license
Flexibility to work days, nights, or weekends as projects require
