    Level One Medication Aide (L1MA) – Flexible Scheduling

    SCHEDULE: 

    • Monday; 9:00am- 1:00pm
    • Tuesday- Friday; 4:00pm- 9:00pm

    What You’ll Do:

    • Administer medications as prescribed, in accordance with state guidelines and company policy
    • Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
    • Monitor and report changes in client condition
    • Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration
    • Provide companionship and support to clients in their homes
    • Communicate effectively with the care team and supervisors

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Current Level One Medication Aide (L1MA) certification required
    • CNA or caregiving experience preferred
    • Knowledge of safe medication administration practices
    • Reliable transportation
    • Device required for EVV verification
    • Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented
    • Strong communication and documentation skills
