Lewisville Superintendent - Fast Food Construction

We are working with an established and dedicated builder in DFW, seeking an experienced Superintendent with a successful history delivering ground up McDonald's and QSR projects to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience in and a passion for assisting during all phases of a commercial construction project, both ground-up and/or renovations.

Description

• Manages projects fully on-site
• Coordinates internal teams
• Communicates effectively, establishes and fosters relationships with project managers, architects, engineers and subcontractors
• Does not just manage people but works with them
• Assist in hiring and mentoring new employees
• Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site

Profile

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
• Experience working on McDonald's, Bojangles, or other QSR Ground-Up and/or Renovation projects
• Proficiency with construction software
