Located in Merrillville, IN, this position offers a competitive compensation range of $80,000 to $150,000 per year, with payments made weekly. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about sales and luxury vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Lexus vehicles, features, and financing options.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product information to effectively convey benefits to customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and work well within a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
