Tri-Meta Counseling & Associates is seeking a therapist who is passionate and knowledgeable about working with the LGBTQIA+ population — including couples — to join our team.

Position Details

• W-2 position, 10–25 hours/week of direct client contact
• Hybrid schedule (in-person + virtual); minimum 3 in-person evenings/week
• Ongoing administrative and clinical support

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NJ licensure: LMFT/LAMFT, LPC/LAC, or LCSW/LSW
• Demonstrated experience and genuine passion for LGBTQIA+-affirming care, including work with LGBTQIA+ couples
• Able to see clients in-person at our Montclair office at least 3 evenings per week

Compensation & Benefits

• $60–$125/hour (Dependent on experience and insurance reimbursement)
• Health and dental benefits offered
