Job TitleLiaison/MRB Engineer (Level 2) or Principal Liaison/MRB Engineer (Level 3) – Wichita, KS.Key ResponsibilitiesDispositioning discrepant supplier material tags.Designing repairs for discrepant detail parts and assemblies fabricated from advanced composite and metallic materials.Interfacing with multiple suppliers and stakeholder groups (such as Structural Analysis, Materials & Processing and Manufacturing personnel) in the design center and build facilities.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Northrop Grumman MRB EN signature is a plus.Basic Qualifications – Level 2 (Liaison Engineer)Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 2 years of related professional/military experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 0 years of experience.Hands‑on experience in a composites manufacturing facility.Experience with military specs and standards.Experience with repair processes for advanced composite materials used in aerospace structures.Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to employment.Basic Qualifications – Level 3 (Principal Liaison Engineer)Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 5+ years related professional/military experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 3+ years of experience.Hands‑on experience in a composites manufacturing facility.Experience with military specs and standards.Experience with repair processes for advanced composite materials used in aerospace structures.Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to employment.Preferred QualificationsCurrent, in‑scope DoD Secret clearance (or higher).Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.Current NGAS MRB "EN" buy‑off authority.Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES).Experience interfacing with a military customer.SalaryLevel 2: $75,100.00 – $112,700.00.
