Liaison Package Handler

What You’ll Do:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Provide in -person support to residents having package questions/issues<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Log recently -delivered packages into the property's automated package management system<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Deliver packages to resident doors or in -unit<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Organize packages within the room, to make it easier for residents to find their packages<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Identify aging/stale packages and prepare them to be returned to sender<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Email Correspondence with on -site residents and property staff<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Serve as a primary liaison between the property and the package management provider support team<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Deliver certain packages directly to residents' doors<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Perform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

  This is a part -time role, but this role is also part of a new, expanding service program – with opportunities for growth as the program expands.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  Who You Are:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/h3>

  • Professional and Interpersonal. You will be working in an upscale apartment building and will be expected to build and establish positive, friendly relationships with both property managers and residents.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Access to reliable transportation (e.g. a personal car or access to Metro) Ideally, the candidate would live in the South Bay or Menlo Park area.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Comfortable using technology and writing emails (you will be using a digital package management system and Gmail)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Good organizational and independent problem -solving skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Must be able to work effectively in environments with varying temperatures, including heat and cold, ensuring adherence to safety protocols<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to move and arrange packages, some of which may be bulky (up to but not exceeding 60 lbs)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • At least 18 years old.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
