This is an open recruitment to establish an eligibility list to fill the current vacant positions for the 2026 - 2027 school year.
The eligibility list will be used to fill any vacancies which may occur within a period of one year, or until the eligibility list is depleted. The typical vacancy works 4-8 hours per day, 227 days per year.
The recruitment process will consist of a training and experience examination and a structured interview.
BASIC FUNCTION:
Under the direction of an assigned administrator, perform a variety of library duties involved in the acquisition, circulation, maintenance, processing, inventory and distribution of books and instructional materials at an assigned school site; assist students and teachers in the selection, location and use of library materials and equipment; promote literacy and the use of the library to students; develop age-appropriate library skills and reference strategies for students.
