POSITION: Library Paraeducator, Full-Time (Union Position) Glastonbury High School 10-month position, 33 hours per week

WAGES: $23.09 per hour/Pay Group C

DUTIES: Under the general direction of the Library Media Specialist and/or Principal. Assists students and staff in the retrieval of information and the use of library resources and services. Plans and prioritizes work according to standard school and library procedures. Provides assistance in the ordering, tracking, receiving, filing, circulating and maintaining of the library collection of books and resources. Supervises students in the LMC.

QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of and ability to utilize the internet, a variety of software applications and other materials used in a school library.
