The University of Arizona Health Sciences Library invites you to apply to the role of Library Services Associate III. The Health Sciences Library (HSL) is seeking a Library Services Associate III (LSA) to support our equipment lending program and serve as a liaison to the HSL Services Team, the College of Medicine IT Support (COM-IT), the Technology, Strategy & Services (TeSS), and Access and Information Services (AIS) departments at the University Libraries. As LSA, you will have the opportunity to lead our strategic initiatives through special projects, events, and exhibits and serve on departmental and library-wide committees, participating in the decision-making process and communicating with relevant stakeholders. You will also provide outstanding customer service to support the educational needs of our customers and promote a safe and secure learning environment at HSL. Your assistance will provide our customers with basic research needs, and provide information, reference, and technical assistance to facilitate access to collections of the University of Arizona Libraries. To meet the needs of our customers, your work patterns and schedule may change periodically.
The Health Sciences Library is the most comprehensive health sciences library in Arizona. Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses. These reports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
