Job Summary
Oversees the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, migration, and inventory of Library Technology equipment and software and provides systems administration and technical support for library technology platforms. Serves as systems administrator for assigned library applications, manages the Library Technology support queue and equipment reservations, and serves as a primary technical resource for library systems, desktop technology, and digital initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate''s degree in a technical field of study or one to two years of technical support or library technology experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience troubleshooting technical issues and equipment.
Experience working with Library Technology departments.
