Overview
Enterprise Mobility has an immediate opening for a Full-Time License and Title Coordinator in Oklahoma City, OK. This position will focus primarily on inventory control of wholesale titles and dealership funding. This position requires substantial data entry, high levels of efficiency and accuracy, and keen ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. This position also requires the ability to prioritize effectively with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be well organized, self-motivated, possess great follow-up and customer service skills, and be able to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
The starting hourly pay rate for this position is $16.40 / hr. This position will be located at 433 E Memorial RD, Oklahoma City, OK 73114.
Schedule is Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Daily preparation of vehicle paperwork for license and titling
- Maintain accurate inventory of vehicles being registered utilizing Microsoft Excel
- Log in log out all titles as they are received/sent from location
- Utilize Title Management System
- Work with rental team and other Enterprise divisions to prepare license plates and other supporting documents
- Process daily funding requests for wholesale inventory
- Process Cash receipts for wire transfer funds for wholesale receivables
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Perform notary public responsibilities
- Assisting with various reporting and administrative duties
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
Candidates should possess the following:
- Working knowledge and proficiency of administrative practices, procedures and software applications; including Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of professional etiquette and the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail for accuracy in performing data entry duties and various tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving skills by taking appropriate action regarding a concern or questionable finding
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to multi task and meet established deadlines
- Candidates must be comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- A working knowledge of L&T programs Trivin or CVR is a plus

Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- PC knowledge with intermediate experience in Windows, Word, Access, & Excel required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Apart from religious observations, must be available to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM.
- Must be willing to accept a starting hourly pay rate of $16.40/hr.
