Our Client, a Behavioral Health company, is looking for a License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for their Westfield, PA location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate group and family sessions
  • Document client progress and update care plans
  • Provide crisis intervention and aftercare planning
  • Collaborate with referral sources, insurance, and care teams
  • Deliver education to clients, families, and the community
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in social or health services (required)
  • Counseling internship/practicum experience (required)
  • Acceptable disciplines:
  • LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC with addictions recovery experience
  • Preferred license in PA - However will review candidates with out of state licensure
