Our Client, a Behavioral Health company, is looking for a License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for their Westfield, PA location.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group and family sessions
- Document client progress and update care plans
- Provide crisis intervention and aftercare planning
- Collaborate with referral sources, insurance, and care teams
- Deliver education to clients, families, and the community
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social or health services (required)
- Counseling internship/practicum experience (required)
- Acceptable disciplines:
- LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC with addictions recovery experience
- Preferred license in PA - However will review candidates with out of state licensure
