    Your New Role

    • Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems and equipment

    • Troubleshooting water, waste, vent, and gas piping systems

    • Installing and replacing plumbing fixtures, piping, valves, pumps, water heaters, and related equipment

    • Performing preventive maintenance inspections and identifying potential issues before they become major problems

    • Responding to emergency plumbing service calls as needed

    • Completing service tickets, maintenance reports, and required documentation accurately onsite

    • Communicating job progress, material needs, and customer concerns with the Service Manager or Project Manager

    • Maintaining professional relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers

    • Following company safety procedures and applicable plumbing codes

    • Keeping your service vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked

    • Valid Maine Journeyman or Master Plumber License required

    • Minimum 3 years of commercial plumbing service experience required; 5 years preferred

    • Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems

    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and plumbing drawings

    • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

    • Valid State of Maine Class C driver's license

    • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

    • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple service calls

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties, including climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, and working in varying weather conditions
