    Description

    We are Regency Olympia Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a skilled nursing community that offers skilled nursing and long-term care services while focusing on the unique qualities of each individual in a compassionate and caring environment. We are looking for caring and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our team.



    As an LPN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

    You will:

    • Train staff and assist the director of nursing
    • Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
    • Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
    • Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
    • Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
    • Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
    • Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations

    You Currently:

    • Possess a current LPN license in good standing
    • New grads are encouraged to apply!
