    Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Part-Time AM Shift
    Central Gardens Post Acute

    Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing quality resident care, administering treatments and medications, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.

    Position Details

    • Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

    • Schedule: Part-Time

    • Shift:

    • AM / Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

    • NOC Part Time

    • Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, resident care plans, and facility policies.

    • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

    • Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report significant changes.

    • Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff during assigned shifts.

    • Complete accurate and timely documentation and charting.

    • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.

    • Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.

    • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

    • Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

    • Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an approved LVN program.

    • Current, active California LVN license in good standing.

    • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

    • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

    • Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care.
