Responsibilities

Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.

Conduct thorough needs analyses with clients to understand their insurance requirements and potential risks.

Provide knowledgeable guidance and recommendations for various insurance products, including auto, home, and life.

Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately.

Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business growth within the existing client base.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to offer the most effective solutions.


Requirements

Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance License Preferred. License Relief provided

Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or account management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Proficiency in agency management software and standard office applications.

A genuine desire to help clients find the best insurance solutions.
