Core Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Growth:
    • Prospect, market, and secure new clients through networking, referrals, and local outreach.
    • Offer a wide range of Farmers Insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Financial Services.
  • Advisory Role:
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing personalized coverage solutions to protect families, individuals, and businesses.
    • Conduct policy reviews and ensure clients have the right protection for changing needs.
  • Business Development:
    • Collaborate with district leadership on strategic sales and marketing plans.
    • Learn and apply the fundamentals of running a successful insurance agency: hiring, staffing, compliance, and operations.
    • Prepare for full agency ownership by developing leadership, management, and financial planning skills.


Requirements
  • Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain).
  • Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Motivated, coachable, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Commitment to professional growth and community involvement.

Farmers also donated $100,000 for the city’s emergency operations center and two megawatt generators that restored power to Beaumont.
