Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (LADCI)

We’re hiring a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I in Lowell, Massachusetts who wants structured hours, meaningful patient impact, and strong loan repayment support.
You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on individual therapy and substance use counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. You’ll treat anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence cases, parent-child conflict, serious mental illness, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Your schedule includes built-in administrative time and full support staff so you can focus on patient care.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $86,361.60
