Join Allstate Insurance Agency - Tunnell Agency  as a Licensed Customer Service Agent in Park Ridge, IL! This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our valued clients while working in a supportive and dynamic team environment.



Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with policy inquiries and provide expert guidance on insurance products.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
• Educate clients on coverage options and risk management strategies.
• Manage client communications through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with agency policies.

Requirements:

• Valid Illinois insurance license in Property and Casualty.
• Prior Allstate experience in customer service or insurance is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
