Job Overview:

Client is seeking a Licensed Architect to lead technical delivery and coordination across multiple project types. This is an in-office opportunity offering autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to mentor junior staff while contributing to high-quality architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead entitlement, design development, and construction documentation.
  

• Coordinate consultants and oversee technical integration.
  

• Manage construction administration and quality control.
  

• Mentor Job Captains and junior designers.
  

• Participate in client and agency meetings.
  

• Lead technical delivery across multiple project types.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Active architectural license.
  

• 5+ years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
  

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
  

• Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing, and construction delivery.
  

• Strong communication skills and confidence as a technical leader.
  

• Ability to work in-office in Honolulu.
  

Candidate Focus:

• Please prioritize currently licensed Architects with strong Revit skills and solid technical/project delivery experience.
  

• Leadership, consultant coordination, construction administration, and mentoring experience are important.
