Job Title: Licensed Architect (Multi-Family) Position Location: Greater Boston, MA Approx. Length of Position: Direct Hire Degree Required: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture
As the in-house Licensed Architect, you will assist with the planning, design, documentation, and construction administration of new developments, renovations, and prototype building designs. The ideal candidate enjoys working across multiple project phases and is comfortable collaborating with internal project managers, consultants, contractors, and municipal agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs and construction documents for commercial and residential developments.
Assist with prototype building design, planning, and modifications for future developments.
Participate in conceptual site planning and property layout during the early stages of development.
Coordinate closely with in-house development, civil engineering, construction, and project management teams.
Prepare and review architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
