Sport Clips Haircuts in Goldsboro is now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for an experienced licensed hair stylist barber or cosmetologist ready to grow their leadership career while still doing what they love cutting hair.

What Youll Do
Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination
Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience
Assist with scheduling openingclosing duties and salon standards
Provide high-quality mens haircuts and grooming services
Help foster a positive welcoming and team-focused salon culture
What Were Looking For
Active NC Cosmetology License
Experience as a hair stylist mens cutting preferred
Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred but not required
Passion for customer service and team development
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
